The history of the Centro Servizi del Gelatiere has a history of technological and stylistic innovations that continue still allowing this to maintain over time its leadership for the continuity in tradition and the technological choices and costruttive. Was the seventies years when Francesco Libralato , a founding member of the Centro Servizi director and current ice cream sales started working in the field of ice cream.

     * In 1981 Francesco Libralato along with his brother and their wives are the company F.lli Libralato of Noale (Venice). In this period the F.lli Libralato designs and manufactures the first artisan ice cream parlors in the Veneto.

The way forward was clear: to meet the unique needs of the customer and extend the area of sales and presence in the territory of F.lli Libralato, so on 1 February 1993 creating the Central Office of ice cream, based in Padua; a new independent company specializing in the sale of equipment for the production and maintenance of confectionery products such as ice cream and pastries in general, but not limited to the Service Center of the ice cream is an expert in the design and manufacture of furniture for bars, ice cream parlors and espresso.

Four years later in 1997 with the same spirit of innovation that had characterized birth in 1993, the Service Center of the ice cream opens a branch in the historic center of Venice. In this branch there was a vast display of equipment such as:

     * Refrigerated showcases
     * Global
     * Sheeters pasta
     * Forni
     * Dishwasher
     * Ice
     *
       special tools for the confectionary world ..... but not just because he was and is still a large workshop for the repair of all equipment.

In addition, the branch of Venice has a boat equipped for transport and technical always faster.

In 2002, the Service Center of the ice cream expands its headquarters in Padua inauguration and the new rich stock of used:
A large exhibition of machinery and equipment for production and maintenance of ice cream, pastries and cakes.

The same year also renews the fleet with vehicles equipped for work and deliveries in 2003 and was expanded and automated warehouse parts.

In 2006, the Service Center of the ice cream follows the UNI EN ISO 9001/2000, which sets the high standard of quality, products, services and human resources.

Also in 2006, to increase sales and expand fully in the confectionary world, the Venice branch of increasing the types of exhibits and specializes in selling both wholesale and retail of tools for catering, bakery, gelateria and bars, making it the tip shop in professional equipment.

31 October 2008: Centro Servizi srl of ice cream moved its office PADOVA, always in the South Industrial Zone, Via Del Progresso to Via Canada, 21, near the exit of Padua - Zona Industriale, in a new building with a large exhibition space of 1,000 square meters, where you can:
