The unique griddle design features elements inserted with ceramic spheres to provide ecexcellent precision and even heat distribution. The control knob, custom-designed to be more robust and less prone to tearing, is labelled from 50 °C to 300 °C for precise temperature control. The machined cast iron plate is shockproof. The recess on the front of the steel frame protects the batter discharge frame and facilitates cleaning.
