GELATO 6K CREA i-Green is equipped with an electronic inverter control and regulation system for the gelato-making motor, which allows you to vary the number of blade revolutions (from 60 to 130 rpm) so as to customise your preparations to the maximum.
With Gelato 6K CREA i-Green you can produce about 1.75Kg of Gelato every 12/15 min for an hourly output of about 7Kg.
In manual mode, compressor and blade operation are independent so as to make the most of the user's experience. The preservation system can only be started if and when it is deemed appropriate.
An electronic device intervenes to stop the shovel if the consistency of the preparation is excessive, in order to avoid compromising the mechanical functionality of the machine. The cooling system continues to operate until it is manually stopped.
In automatic mode, you can choose one of 4 operating programmes (classic Italian gelato, semi-soft gelato, granita, rapid cooling) and 4 preservation programmes for each type of production.
With this mode of operation the user no longer has to worry about anything, set the desired option and start the ice cream maker, it produces the gelato and automatically switches to the desired preservation mode.
