3K TOUCH i-Green and 4K TOUCH i-Green, are compact and super-automatic ice cream makers, developed for restaurants and small to medium-sized businesses that require truly professional equipment.
Equipped with an electronic board that manages a series of controls and when the Gelato is ready, automatically activates the preservation cycle, allowing the product to be kept at the perfect consistency for the desired time.
3K touch i-green produces about 800g of GELATO every 12/15 min for an hourly production of about 3Kg. 
4K touch i-green produces about 1 kg of GELATO every 12/15 min for an hourly production of about 4Kg.
The possibility of working in continuous mode allows rapid preparation of different flavours.
The body is made entirely of stainless steel, as are the removable basket and the mixing paddle, equipped with interchangeable inserts.

HOW IT WORKS
The operator simply pours the mixture into the basket and pressing the ON button starts the production and storage cycle automatically. The progress of preparation is indicated by the progressive illumination of the LEDs on the TIME LINE bar.
When the gelato reaches the maximum possible consistency detected by the software, the machine will switch to storage mode.
The software also features a Pause function that can be activated during both preparation and storage of the Gelato.
The Pause function is signalled by an acoustic warning every 10 seconds.
The green 'heart', highlighted by the design, allows the machines to operate in a more efficient, environmentally friendly way, saving electricity.
